Our New Owner Orientation is a guided, step-by-step tour of your RV from roof to road.
We start outside with awnings, slides, leveling, storage, roof, seals, tires, and hookups, then move inside to explain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and safety systems in plain language.
You'll learn how to connect to shore power and water, manage your tanks, run the generator, use your thermostat and control panels, and avoid common "new owner" mistakes.
By the end, you'll know what to do (and what not to do), with time for Q&A and hands-on practice so you can operate your RV independently and confidently.
